  • Partnership allows betPARX to offer a few of EveryMatrix’s most popular slot games
  • Agreement covers Parx Casino online operations in four states, including Pennsylvania

Greenwood Gaming & Entertainment, the parent company of Parx Casino and their PA online casino app, betPARX, announced a partnership with EveryMatrix, one of the top gaming content producers in the United States.

With Parx Casinos in Pennsylvania, the agreement with EveryMatrix adds value the company can offer customers in the Keystone State. For EveryMatrix, the partnership increases their reach within the industry and adds more states to the portfolio of where their content is available to customers.

“We are excited to announce our new game content agreement with betPARX for the U.S.,” said Erik Nyman, President of EveryMatrix in America. “They are one of the largest mobile casino operators in the northeast and have established a strong online presence over the years. We are confident EveryMatrix Games will be appreciated among their players and are excited to go live soon.”

For betPARX, the partnership allows them to bolster their online offerings and add popular EveryMatrix online slots including Armadillo Goes West, Fortune Dragon Queen Exotic Wild, and the company’s newest game Hot Hot Honey, due on March 28th.

“By partnering with EveryMatrix, betPARX is further solidifying our commitment to providing top-notch iGaming content to our users,” said Gil Bushkin, Senior Director of Interactive Marketing at betPARX. “We are thrilled to work with such a reputable and innovative provider, and we look forward to offering their exciting games to our growing audience.”

Agreement with EveryMatrix Boosts Possible Sell to Fanatics

In recent weeks, Parx Casino entered negotiations with sports merchandising giant Fanatics to sell betPARX. Although early indications suggest that Fanatics only wants the sports betting side of betPARX, the agreement with EveryMatrix could further bolster the strength of Parx Casino’s online casino app if they spin it off from sports wagering. The partnership could also force Fanatics to up their bid to secure the technical infrastructure of betPARX.

Reports surfaced in January 2023 that Fanatics entered exclusive negotiations with Greenwood Gaming & Entertainment to purchase the company’s top PA online sports betting app. Since those initial reports, the two companies have yet to finalize an agreement.

Fanatics runs their online sportsbook in several states, but the addition of Pennsylvania could add millions in yearly revenue to their bottom line. Fanatics appears headed to building a full-scale sports company with their acquisition of sports card behemoth Topps in 2022.

By rebranding betPARX’s software, Fanatics would enter one of the largest sports betting markets in the United States. Last year, Pennsylvania sportsbooks, such as FanDuel and DraftKings, handled over $7.25 billion in wagers for a revenue take of $401 million.
